HI! I was 177.2 on Tuesday, so I was hoping for a bit more, but uh. When I’ve stayed up until at least 6am almost every night this week working on projects or studying for exams (also, eating), I think this is truly, truly all right with me.

Okay, so I guess I was waiting to come back to y’all with some semblance of success … and while I was hoping that I might have maybe sort of kind of possibly been back in the 170s today, when I weighed in at 187 (!!!!) last week after a particularly ridiculous awful food bender, I figured that 180.6 is Good Enough for me.

It was tremendous!! I made turkey burgers, and they were superb.

a package of extra-lean Ground Turkey Breast
~ 1 cup of black beans
1 tbsp of Sour Cream
3 tbsp Sweet Pepper Relish
a heavy squirt-drizzle of Sweet Hot Mustard
