HOW THE HELL IS IT ALREADY DECEMBER?! This is a terribly important question. This whole entire semester has just … yeah, flown the fuck by. So, uh. December goals! Ready, go!
1: Go to the gym two to three times a week on average. (Starting small, okay.) And I’ll have to see about my gym membership at home, too … whether I can just re-instate it for a month. That would be lovely.
2: Eat well. Yep. Same as always.
2.5: LESS TINY THINGS. This is how I kill it. Eating 25761289 Hershey’s Candy Cane Kisses (which are delish, by the by) is just no good. I mean, it is good, but it is not good.
3: Don’t go overboard on Christmas food & baked goods. I mean, I don’t want to deprive myself, but I plan on being conscious of what goes in my mouth, because that’s something that’s really difficult for me when faced with good food, as I’m sure all of you are well aware.
4: Spend my money more wisely. Don’t buy coffee every day. Buy good groceries instead of eating out. Buy Christmas gifts instead of … I don’t know, pointless shit.
