what are your favourite things about eating healthily and keeping fit.. apart from losing weight?

Hiya, Libby!!

When I’m eating well, I feel better. I don’t feel weighed down by awful food or sluggish from eating too much. I feel like I can do anything, accomplish anything. Like what I’m putting into my mouth is actually fueling my body vs. harming it. Like I’m taking care of myself, which is just a truly wonderful feeling.
