veganism - thoughts?

(Two posts from me in one night? Am I being a real, live blogger?! ALERT THE PRESSES, EVERYONE.)

I am thinking about & truly considering a primarily vegan diet. (Why, Tyler? You love turkey! You love chicken! You love cheese! A lot!) I do! I really, really do! And I don’t want to do it for animal rights reasons … although I imagine if I felt stronger about animals, it would be much easier not to eat them, however. Anyway, I don’t suppose that’s the point. The point is that I’m really interested to see how eating things like fruits! veggies! & no animal by-products! affects my body. I’ve heard so many people rave about how much more energy they have and how much better they feel, and uh … I want to feel like that, too! Sign me up!

I mean, I’m also really flakey with things like this, though. I tried to go vegan for a week, and I gave up after lunch on the first day … because I haven’t got any willpower, apparently, and that chicken just looked so damn good, and anyway. Yep. Cool story, Tyler. Great self-discipline, truly.

WHATEVAH, THOUGH. I’ll re-try it! And what better time than the beginning of a week, hmMmmMmMMMMmmm?

ATTN: YOU — Are you vegan? Have you tried it? Gimme your tips! Tricks! Tell me how much you love it - or hate(d) it, even! - and why you do/don’t do it in the first place. I’m mostly interested in any opinions re: veganism.

Please, thank you, & have a brilliant evening! ♥
