Hey Tyler!
I saw your post about trying a Vegan diet, and just thought I'd chip in, as I'm a lifelong vegan.
The thing is though, I think it's important to note that it's not just switching to a vegan diet that makes you healthier. You can be vegan and be unhealthy (case in point: overweight me!), lots of crisps, snacks, sugary items are still vegan. So I think it depends what kind of meal plan you'll be going for!
Maybe you could try adopting eating a lot of grains and veggies and trying nutritious vegan recipes, whilst still allowing yourself a little of what you love! Or to ease yourself in, you could try Vegan Fridays! or Vegan Mondays! etc ;).

If you do want to get stuck into the vegan diet, make sure you're getting good healthy sources of iron to keep up those energy levels: http://www.vegansociety.com/lifestyle/nutrition/iron.aspx

Just my thoughts on the subject !! Lovely seeing you back and posting and kicking ass! I'm interested to see how it all goes :).

Thank you so much for your thoughts!!! That’s definitely true. I think that’s what I’m going to try to do … maybe balance out the clean eating that being a vegan … promotes (?) I suppose, while still eating things like turkey breast. And, um. Chocolate. ;)

Aaaaah, yay! I’m glad to be back!!! :’)
